As I read through your website, I noticed that your program concerns building up muscles. I’m a female and I do not want to be muscular like a man after having finished your program. Will your exercises and food suggestions make me be so??

Hi,

I’m interested in buying your book and implementing the techniques but I have two questions.

With the high emphasis on stretching soft tissues between the bones does it in any way weaken the body overall and leave it more prone to injury?

Will people need to practice these exercises for the rest of their lives to maintain their height gains?
