Don’t Be a Victim of Grow Taller Scams

by Hayden Carter

Grow Taller ScamsThere’s so many unscrupulous companies and individuals online and offline that make unfounded claims of being able to help people grow taller just by popping a pill, using hypnosis, or by dropping some “reflexology” insert into their shoes.

None of it works. None of it.

But these companies persist and are making a killing by preying on the insecurities of good people that only want a viable way to grow taller.

Let’s take a closer look at some of these claims:

Grow Taller Pills and Grow Taller Supplements

So-called “grow taller pills” and other height growth supplements make claims that they are some kind of revolutionary height-increasing mixture of all-natural, completely safe vitamins and minerals that will help you grow taller within a few months. Upon closer inspection, however, there is nothing contained within the vast majority of these so-called height increasing supplements but everyday, ordinary vitamins. How do I know? Because in my own journey to grow taller, I ordered every single one that I could find at the time and inspected the contents carefully.

Legitimate ways to grow taller naturally do include the use of vitamins and supplements, however, these are for the same reasons that anyone should take them: for overall health for your body. And the supplements and vitamins recommended by the Grow Taller Book can be found in your local grocery store or vitamin shop or through legitimate, trusted online vendors that use strict quality standards.

Best case scenario: You’re paying a premium for ordinary vitamins.
Worst case scenario: You’re taking an unknown substance that was mixed together in a facility with questionable – possibly dangerous – lack of quality standards.

Grow Taller Hypnosis

Unscrupulous companies and individuals have used the practice of hypnosis to part unsuspecting consumers with their money for decades. So-called hypnosis experts make promises that their hypnosis can cure diseases, make a person incredibly wealthy, or even grow taller.

While there is no doubt that hypnosis has been used successfully in certain types of legitimate psychological practices, the notion that subliminal suggestion can cause your body to start growing again after your natural growth cycle has ended is preposterous.

Best case scenario: Nothing happens
Worst case scenario: you get a headache from listening to strange noises on your mp3 player for hours on end. And nothing happens.

Height-Increasing “Reflexology” Inserts

The claim for this particular scam seems to be that you stick some odd-looking, bumpy inserts into your shoes that supposedly stimulate your feet and make you grow taller or make your body itself learn how to grow taller.

Sounds too good to be true? It is. Sounds like an easy way to grow taller? It isn’t.

Like hypnosis, the notion of reflexology and the lack of public knowledge about what it really is has enabled scam artists to pull a fast one over on unwitting consumers for decades. True reflexology methods can help decrease pain from certain injuries and helps with a few other ailments such as muscle fatigue and recuperation but that’s about the extent of its magic. Simply put, reflexology inserts that claim to increase your height just by wearing them in your shoes are nothing but a total waste of your time and money.

Best case scenario: Nothing happens.
Worst case scenario: Your feet hurt from walking on bumpy inserts all day. And nothing happens.

Conclusion: Once you have completed your natural growth cycle – the one that ends after puberty once you become an adult – there is absolutely no way that this growth process can be restarted. It simply is not possible.

The only way to grow taller after this point is to take advantage of the flexible and resilient nature of your body to optimize your height through a series of concise, scientifically-proven exercise and nutritional regimens that will allow you to stand up to four inches taller.

And the only source available to the public that delivers these specific regimens is the Grow Taller Book.

I tried the stupid reflexology shoes. What a stupid waste of money. Thank God I found this site when I did or I would have probably thrown more money away on useless junk like the hypnosis stuff and the grow taller pills. Thanks again, Hayden!
