I attached a homemade pull up bar in my closet in my doorway, I screwed two 1x4's with knotches for bar cut out, you can drill hole size of bar,and I just started hanging upside down on my ankle straps. I have done alot of stupid things with my body and I don't think hanging upside down will kill me, I know we sleep when our bodies lay flat, My theory is it's easier to pump blood that way, and easier if we are upside down to get proper nurishment and less work to our brains, I wonder if I will grow any taller seeing I am 23 years old and 4'11'' inches, this guy said he did so hopefully I will too. I'm tired of getting called MIni me and being treated like I'm some kind joke.

You only have to hang for a few minutes a day - certainly no more than half an hour - and you'd have to build up to that more than likely. It takes a bit of getting used to for some people but its well worth it.

Yes, it really does work but it's important to remember that in order to get the absolute most benefit from inversion, you need to include it in a complete, concise regimen of height increasing exercises such as found in the Grow Taller Book.

Isn't it really helps to increase your height? And how long do I have to hang myself up like that in a day?

Glad to hear that you're getting good use out of yours and I'm REALLY stoked to hear about your height success! I know that I can't live without my inversion table now. I use it several times a day because it's so relaxing. Sometimes I have trouble not dozing off!
