Learning how to grow taller naturally isn’t as difficult as many people tend to believe it is. In fact, it’s a sad fact that most people tend to believe that it’s impossible to increase height after the body’s growth period has concluded but that’s simply not the case. The human body is a remarkably resilient organism that is capable of reacting in an extremely positive manner to focused, outside stimuli – such as what is outlined in this guide. By concentrating on the body’s naturally-reactive state with specific, focused actions, it is entirely possible to teach your body how to grow taller naturally, safely and effectively.

What better time to learn how to grow taller than during National Correct Posture Month? Unhealthy or otherwise “bad” posture can rob your stature of up to 3 inches or more of your natural height. But incorrect posture is not typically alleviated simply by “standing up straight” (though that does help).
Most of the time, however, by making an effort to improve the way that you naturally tend to stand, sit, and conduct your day-to-day activities (such as what was outlined in the last post “Stay Taller with Good Posture“) along with adequate grow taller exercises can go a long way in improving your posture and overall height.
Make an effort to improve your posture by making sensible decisions in your daily activities and you will be much farther along than 99% of other people in your journey to get taller.
If you spend any amount of time working, researching, or playing at a computer then you are at serious risk of killing any height gain you are getting through grow taller exercises or even with the comprehensive how to grow taller guide, the Grow Taller Book.
If you don’t maintain good posture, your “real” height can be diminished by up to three full inches whether you have increase height methods or not. And one of the worst culprits that is robbing your height is the way that you sit at your computer.
There’s no way that you can expect to grow taller if you are sacrificing your height increasing goals each and every day by slouching at the computer for several hours a day. But there’s so much more to it than that.

It may seem like a silly question, but it isn’t. I talk to many people every single week that want to grow taller and I generally ask this question of all of them. It’s certainly not because I’m trying to talk them out of growing taller. It’s because I want to make sure that they want to learn how to grow taller for healthy reasons, and not for reasons that may not be so healthy.
Learning how to get taller for most people is a choice that they make because they want to make what they believe is a positive change in their body, the same way a person that is unhappy with his or her weight may decide to get in better shape or the same way that a guy that wants to be more muscular may hit the gym. Spring is here and there’s only two more short months until it’s officially summer. And if you’re not already in shape for the beach, then don’t despair – YOU STILL HAVE TIME. You can still get in shape and grow taller in time for summer!

Every time I get a question about growing taller, the asker always wants to know “How can I grow taller QUICKLY?!?” This always puzzles me a bit since it makes me wonder if anyone out there will actually one day ask me how they can grow taller more slowly.
I am not a patient person by nature. I want to see the results of my actions quickly or there is a good chance I will walk away from the whole process. This includes anything and everything to do with my body, whether its growing taller or working out. If I don’t see results within a month, more likely than not I’m going to try something else.
Like you, I wanted to grow taller faster. So here’s what I did… [click to continue…]
A few months ago, we made the assertion that our goal was to help 10,000 people grow taller in 2010 with the release of the all-new Grow Taller Book.

Any guy that stands approximately 5’6” or under can attest to the fact that sometimes finding clothes that fit correctly can be a challenge at most US department stores. Many times, shorter guys are forced to swallow their pride and shop for clothes in the “boys” section, which can hardly be a fun experience.
Just like “Big and Tall” clothes specialty shops, there are a few specialty men’s clothing shops that specialize in catering to men that stand about 5’7” or under.
But unfortunately, unlike the “Big and Tall” shops, the smaller men’s specialty clothing shops’ numbers are dwindling fast. [click to continue…]
Nutrition is not only important, it’s downright imperative on your journey to learn how to grow taller. Simply put, you may never reach your goals of increasing your height if you don’t give your body the fuel it needs to accomplish those goals.
I’ve written about grow taller nutrition several times in the Grow Taller Blog but I’ve decided to link to a few of these posts from one place so that they are easier to find when people are searching for how to get taller, specifically for nutritional guidelines that can help them meet their goals faster and more effectively.
Not only do these posts address nutrition, specifically, but they also address the use of grow taller supplements as well as the use of human growth hormone (HGH) and its very common and potentially dangerous consequences. They’re all worth the read.
Here they are, in no particular order: [click to continue…]
